Paul McClelland

Paul McClelland is the inaugural Chair of QSS Ltd. Paul has been active in the profession over many years. He is employed in the Queensland Government's Department of Natural Resources as Operations Manager, Land Services, Brisbane District. He holds a Bachelor of Surveying, a Bachelor of Arts and is a Registered and Licensed Surveyor. Paul held the position of President of ISA (Qld Div.) in 1997. He has worked diligently for the unification of the profession in Queensland.
